Backing up using iCloud

Here’s how to do it:

  • Connect to a Wi-Fi network.
  • Go to the Settings app,
  • select your name, and tap iCloud. 
  • Scroll down and tap iCloud Backup

How to install iOS update on your iPhone

Once you’re finished backing up your phone, you’re ready to start updating to iOS 14.

The procedure is fairly simple.

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Head on over to General
  3. Click on Software Update and let the system check whether an update is available.
  4. If it’s available, tap Download and Install, and wait for the file to download.
